Dr. Chow was born and raised in Mississauga, Ontario and completed her B.Sc. in Michigan. She attended the University of Ottawa for both medical school and her family medicine residency training. After her graduation in 2007, she did locum ER and hospitalist work in various rural locations in Northern Ontario while working in a number of clinics in Ottawa. She was also involved in the teaching of Family Medicine residents from 2007-2015.

Since 2012, she has enjoyed providing continuity of care and building relationships with her patients in her community family practice and she looks forward to continuing this at Rideau-Rockcliffe Family Medicine.
