Due to high call volumes, we strongly encourage you to use our online portal to book your regular appointments or to cancel appointments:

Pomelo Health allows patients to receive communication from the clinic through a secure portal (including laboratory / imaging requisitions, sick notes, prescriptions for insurance purposes and forms). Appointments can be booked or cancelled online, 24 hours per day.

Urgent after-hours appts are booked same-day by phone only, Monday to Thursdays and Saturday mornings.

If you have not yet registered for the portal, you can request an email invitation by calling our office. Once you receive a link, you have 7 days to activate your Pomelo account, or the invitation will expire.

Note that for locum physicians (Dr. Matthews), online booking is not available.
