Pomelo Health allows patients to receive communication from the clinic through a secure portal (including laboratory / imaging requisitions, sick notes, prescriptions for insurance purposes and forms). Appointments can be booked or cancelled online, 24h/ day.

Urgent after hours appts are booked same day by phone only, Monday to Thursdays and Saturday mornings.

If you have not yet registered for the portal, you can request an email invitation by calling our office. Once you receive a link, you have 7 days to activate your Pomelo account (or the invitation will expire).

Some health concerns can be addressed with virtual care alone, but in some cases you may need to be seen in person, for a physical examination. Eg. Prenatal and well-baby visits. If we feel you need to be seen in the clinic, our receptionists will call you to confirm.

We will continue to offer same-day urgent care appointments and our urgent care clinic, but they may be done by virtual care or in-person based on the problem. Our front staff will triage concerns and we will do our best to assess patients appropriately.
