Urgent Care Clinic and same-day appointments will continue to be booked by phone to ensure appropriate care and optimal scheduling.

We no longer accept incoming online messages or emails.
Email is not secure for personal health information and volume of messages received on a daily basis has made timely care difficult. We encourage patients to use online booking – keeping phone lines open for those who need urgent assistance.

Some health concerns can be addressed with virtual care alone, but in most cases you need to be seen in person, for a physical examination. Eg. Prenatal and well-baby visits.

Getting here:

• Parking is readily available with a parking lot on-site, and surrounding street parking.
• OC Transpo Bus Route 12 stops in front of the building. Bus Routes 7 and 19 also stop nearby.  
• Nearby bike lanes include Beechwood Ave/ Hemlock Rd, Aviation Parkway and Rideau River.
