What’s new with Ocean?

• No login or passwords needed
• Book appointments online using your name, health card number, and date of birth
• Receive secure messages from Ocean Platform
• Complete forms digitally before your visit

Urgent Care Clinic and same-day appointments will continue to be booked by phone to ensure appropriate care and optimal scheduling.

We no longer accept incoming online messages or emails.
Email is not secure for personal health information and volume of messages received on a daily basis has made timely care difficult. We encourage patients to use online booking – keeping phone lines open for those who need urgent assistance.
